EXHIBITOR BADGE INFORMATION

Exhibitor Badge Information
Deadline Friday May 21, 2010

  1. Exhibitor Badge Order Form:

    As an exhibitor, you will receive a total of (4) complimentary exhibitor badges for you and your staff – (3) “All-Access”* badges and (1) “Ballroom Only”** badge. Additional badges are available for purchase based on the size of your salon.

    **These badges may be used by you and your staff only. To receive your complimentary badges, you must fill out the Exhibitor Badge Order Form or register online with the names of exhibiting company personnel working your salon at LUXURY by JCK and return it to us by Friday, May 21, 2010. Badges will not be mailed this year, please keep your bar-coded confirmation letter and bring it to the 5th floor Registration Counter located in the Venetian Ballroom Tower to have your badges printed for you. All exhibitors must present Personal Identification (driver’s license with photo or passport) and (personal business card, W2 form, cancelled payroll check).

    *All-Access Exhibitor Badge offers entrée to
    • LUXURY by JCK Ballrooms
    • Daily Breakfasts and Presentations
    • Daily Lunches
    • All Evening Events (Schedule will be forwarded).

    Modified All-Access Exhibitor Badge offers entrée to

    • LUXURY by JCK Ballrooms
    • Daily Breakfasts and Presentations
    • Daily Lunches
    • All Evening Events EXCEPT TUESDAY JUNE 1.(Schedule will be forwarded)

    **Ballroom Only Exhibitor Badge offers entrée to:

    • LUXURY by JCK Ballrooms located on the 5th level of the Venetian Ballroom Tower.
    • Lunch Daily (Tuesday - Thursday).

    (This badge WILL NOT provide access into the evening networking events or daily breakfast presentations. The complimentary Ballroom Only Exhibitor Badge may be upgraded to an Modified All Access badge for a fee of $650.00.)

  2. Additional Exhibitor Badges: (note all salon sizes except 5x10 include 4 badges- 3 All Access and 1 Ballroom only)

    We understand that you may also require additional badges for your staff, the total number of badges each exhibitor may receive will be limited based on salon size:
    • 5x10 - total of (2) badges (no additional badges may be purchased)
    • 10x10 – total of (4) badges (no additional badges may be purchased)
    • 10x15 – total of (5) badges (up to one additional badge may be purchased)
    • 10x20 – total of (6) badges (up to two additional badges may be purchased)
    • 10x25 – total of (6) badges (up to two additional badges may be purchased)
    • 10x30 – total of (7) badges (up to three additional badges may be purchased)
    • 20x15 – total of (7) badges (up to three additional badges may be purchased)
    • 20x20 – total of (8) badges (up to four additional badges may be purchased)
    • 20x30 – total of (9) badges (up to five additional badges may be purchased
    Cost(s) to purchase Additional Badges are as follows:
    Modified All-Access
    - $950 per badge, allowing access to breakfast, lunch, and evening networking events, EXCEPT TUESDAY JUNE 1.

    Ballroom Only - $400.00 per badge, allowing access to lunch and show floor amenities. Please use the Exhibitor Badge Order Form to order additional badges or upgrade your Ballroom Only badge.

    If your company is also exhibiting at the JCK Show you do not need to re-register the same staff for that show. LUXURY by JCK badges allow entry into JCK.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PHOTO ID AND PERSONALIZED BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE THAT IS REGISTERED.

No one under 14 years of age including infants will be admitted on the Salon Floor or into any of the evening networking events at any time.

2009 Exhibitor Badge Validation Information

Upon your arrival at LUXURY by JCK, please proceed to the Event Registration Desk located on the 5th floor of the Venetian Ballroom Tower to have your badges printed for you..

Each member of your company must present Personal Identification (driver’s license with photo or passport) and (personal business card, W2 form, cancelled payroll check) to have their badges printed. You will not gain entrée to the LUXURY by JCK ballrooms or any event without presenting your validated badge.

Please note: LUXURY by JCK badges allow entry into the JCK show. Once validated, your LUXURY by JCK badge will also provide access into JCK Las Vegas. This is an added benefit for your convenience so that you can avoid the JCK registration lines. You will not be issued a separate JCK badge.
